Hainsworth Calf Management custom raises replacement heifers for 15 area dairy farms. Owners Alan Hainsworth and his son, Chuck, cared for more than 6,000 calves in 2002. Every week, they pick up 100 to 200 newborn calves and deliver a similar number of heifers back to their customers’ farms. Daughter-in-law and office manager Julia Hainsworth shared her Agrifax® payroll solution with F.P. magazine:
